Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They explain how purchases are made through Dymond Farm, including payments, delivery, product availability and your rights as a customer.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Dymond Farm website. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our online shop.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an order or purchasing products from Dymond Farm, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to customers purchasing products for personal or household use, unless a separate written agreement has been made.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
3. Website Information
We aim to keep all information on our website accurate, clear and up to date. This includes product descriptions, prices, availability and delivery information.
Product photographs are provided to help customers identify the items available. Actual produce may vary naturally in appearance, size, shape and colour.
We may update website content, product descriptions or other information when necessary. Any changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where agreed with you or permitted by law.
4. Products & Availability
Dymond Farm offers seasonal fruit, leafy greens and root vegetables. Our product range may change throughout the year depending on seasonal supply and availability.
Product descriptions, pack sizes and other relevant details are displayed on the individual product pages. Please review this information before placing an order.
As fresh produce is subject to seasonal variation, the size, shape, colour and appearance of individual items may differ from the photographs shown on the website. Such natural differences do not necessarily mean that a product is faulty or unsuitable.
We make reasonable efforts to keep availability information accurate. However, an item may occasionally become unavailable due to changes in supply or stock levels.
If a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options. We will not replace it with another product without your agreement.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£), unless clearly stated otherwise.
The applicable product prices and order total will be displayed during checkout before you confirm payment.
We offer free delivery within our UK delivery coverage. No standard delivery charge is added to eligible orders at checkout.
Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods made available at checkout. Your order cannot proceed as a paid order until the payment process has been successfully completed.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details supplied are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
If a payment is declined or cannot be authorised, the order may not be accepted or processed.
If a clear pricing or listing error is identified before an order is accepted, we may contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options.
6. Orders & Contracts
When placing an order, please check your selected products, quantities, delivery address and contact details before completing checkout.
After submitting an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email acknowledging that we have received your purchase details.
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. The order becomes accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for fulfilment or begin processing it.
We may need to contact you if there is a problem with payment, product availability, delivery details or another important part of your order.
If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.
7. Delivery
We offer free delivery on all eligible orders within our UK delivery coverage. There is no standard delivery fee added to the checkout total.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 2–5 working days from the date your order is processed.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, weather conditions, seasonal demand and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure that the delivery address and postcode entered at checkout are correct and complete.
Further details about delivery arrangements are available in our Delivery Policy.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number.
Where an order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, we will consider whether cancellation can be arranged.
Certain fresh food products are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Under applicable UK consumer regulations, these goods are generally excluded from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
This exclusion does not remove your rights where products are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
For goods that are not exempt from the statutory cancellation rules, eligible customers retain their applicable cancellation rights.
9. Refunds & Returns
If an item is damaged, incorrect, missing or does not meet the required standard, please contact us promptly after delivery.
We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, partial refund or full refund.
As many of our products are perishable, we may not be able to accept ordinary change-of-mind returns for items that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
This does not affect any statutory rights or remedies available to you.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. We aim to initiate approved refunds within 5 working days. Your bank or payment provider may then require a further 5–10 working days for the funds to appear.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information about refund requests and processing times.
10. Product Quality
We aim to supply products that match their descriptions and meet the quality standards required by applicable law.
Fresh fruit and vegetables are natural products. Differences in appearance, size, shape, colour and texture may occur between individual items and seasonal batches.
These natural variations should be considered alongside the product description and any information provided before purchase.
If you believe that a product is spoiled, unsafe, damaged or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate.
Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Customer Responsibilities
When using our website and placing an order, you agree to:

We may take reasonable steps to protect the website and its users against misuse.
13. Intellectual Property

You may view and use website content for personal shopping and informational purposes.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website content without prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
14. Liability
We are responsible for providing products in accordance with the contract and applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, these terms do not exclude or restrict liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
- Your statutory rights in relation to goods supplied.
We will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances that are genuinely outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We do not exclude responsibility for our own failure to meet obligations under a contract or applicable law.
15. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information provided during browsing, checkout and customer enquiries may be used to process orders, arrange delivery, handle payments and respond to customer requests.
Please read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for further information about how website data and cookies are handled.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already accepted, unless required by law or agreed with you.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
